Gov. Ambode stops convoy rescues accident victim

He has also, with this act, shown his commitment to an all-inclusive approach inLagos state Governor-Akinwunmi Ambode. protecting the lives and property of citizens in the state.

“What the governor has done is typical of him. It is indeed a demonstration of his concern to the well-being of every resident and Miss Angela is not an exception.”
These words came from the Chief Press Secretary to the Lagos state Governor, Mr. Habib Aruna, as he spoke to newsmen after Governor Akinwunmi Ambode rescued an accident victim.

News sources say the Lagos state Governor was heading to his office when the accident occurred.
He ordered his convoy to stop and helped make sure the victim,Angela Anukam Angela was fine.
Angela lost control and  hit the media on Osborne Road, Ikoyi, and the vehicle somersaulted.

The Governor also instructed her to be carried to the Lagos Island General Hospital by an ambulance attached to his convoy.
In conclusion, Aruna said “He has also, with this act, shown his commitment to an all-inclusive approach in protecting the lives and property of citizens in the state.”
