$1bn China Loan: Okonjo-Iweala Reacts To Allegations

Embattled former minister of finance in Nigeria, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has reacted to allegations that she diverted a substantial part of  loan of $1billion from the Chinese Exim Bank, meant for the construction of a standard gauge rail line linking Lagos and Kano states.
The former supervising minister of the economy, who has been under fire in recent months for misappropriation of funds under her watch, took to the social media to make clarifications on the recent allegations against her.
The statement signed by Paul Nwabuikwu, Okonjo-Iweala’s media officer, noted that there were distortions in the reports making rounds, especially because those making the allegations did not get their facts straight.
Nigeria’s former finance minister, Dr (Mrs) Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, seems to be explaining how the money was spent.

The statement read in part: “since this story was first reported, we have continued to receive media inquiries regarding an allegation reportedly made by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Alhaji Mohammed Bashar, that a substantial part of a $1bn loan obtained from the China-EximBank by the Jonathan administration for a Kano-Lagos rail project was diverted to other projects.
“I want to state categorically that there is no truth in the reported allegation. Anyone who is interested can cross-check with the China-EximBank or the Chinese Embassy.
“It is noteworthy that even though President Buhari, in his reported comments on the allegation, made no reference to Dr. Okonjo-Iweala but rightly stressed the need for due process and transparency in the execution of public projects, a sponsored media campaign has once again been launched by political elements to make the former Minister the culprit in a non-existent scandal.
“The alleged diversion has no substance for the simple reason that the Kano-Lagos project was not even among the projects presented for funding by the China Exim Bank for several strategic infrastructural projects across the country.
“In fact, it was the Lagos–Ibadan rail project, not Lagos-Kano rail project that was proposed in the original application to the China-EximBank. But in the end, no funds were assigned for the Lagos-Ibadan rail project by the China-EximBank.

“The fact which can be confirmed is that the following projects which are at various stages of progress are being funded from facilities obtained from the China-EximBank: $500m for the expansion of four International Airport Terminals in Lagos, Kano, Abuja and Port Harcourt, $500m for the Abuja Light Rail project, $984m for the Zungeru Hydro-electric power project, $100m for the Galaxy Backbone project.
“It is also important to note that even if the alleged project was on the list of China-EximBank funded projects, diversion of any Chinese funds would have been extremely difficult because the terms of the contract and the processes would simply not have permitted such action.”
While explaining appropriately the procedure to obtain the loans from the China-EximBank, Nwabuiku said: “the procedure is that funds for approved loans remain in the China-EximBank and are released directly to the Chinese firm executing the contract only after the presentation of duly certified proof of work by the responsible Ministry, in this case it would have been the Federal Ministry of Transport, based on the agreed milestones.
“For the sake of emphasis, the China-EximBank does not disburse money directly to government and therefore the issue of diversion does not arise.

“This is yet another example of the kind of whispering campaign of calumny, innuendo, misinformation, and outright distortions being perpetrated by certain political elements against Dr. Okonjo-Iweala in a bid to try to damage her reputation.
“We are confident that those behind this campaign will continue to fail.
“We respectfully request the media to refrain from attaching Dr. Okonjo-Iweala’s name and photographs to spurious and unfounded allegations. Dr. Okonjo-Iweala as a Nigerian citizen in a democracy, a citizen who has served her country with honesty and integrity, also has some fundamental rights to justice and fair play.”
The former minister was recently summoned by the Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari over the diversion, but her recent comments may have cleared the air on the allegations.

The best free automation tools for Windows

Tired or repeating the same computer actions again and again? These tools can help.
When your job involves working on a computer, repetitive actions can be the bane of your existence. They're not only tedious, but also (even worse) time consuming. Fortunately, in case you're forced to execute the exact same actions over and over again, you can create macros (scripts) that will automatically do them for you. Let's say, for example, that every day you have to open your downloads folder; to do this, you would normally have to click on 'Start', then on 'Documents' and from there finally click on 'Downloads'. Using a macro, you could simply run a certain file from your desktop or (even better) use a key combination, and the download folder will be automatically opened. (Of course, this was very simplistic, but you can use macro scripts to perform much more complicated tasks.)
Here you will find a list with some of the best automation tools on the market. These applications won't only help you improve your productivity with macros and various other shortcut options, but tare also free, which is always a big plus.

AutoHotkey

AutoHotkeyAutoHotkey
AutoHotkey is one of the most popular automation tools that you can find. This application offers extensive functionality, allowing you to create macros for any action or set of actions that you can imagine, but has a huge downside in the fact that it requires some scripting knowledge (you need to create the script by writing the code). What's really cool, though, is that if you're willing to dedicate a bit of your time, you can use this app even if you're completely new to scripting. The tool provides some awesome tutorials and help files which will give you all the information you need. Furthermore, the software has a large and helpful community that will provide you with answers to your questions and already-written scripts that you can download.
If you're curious about what you can actually do with AutoHotkey I'll give you a few examples: you can create keyboard shortcuts for any existing Windows action (launch applications, opening folders, putting your PC to sleep, etc.), add functions to Windows Explorer, come up with your own customized boss key, and even create full-fledged programs.

FastKeys

FastKeysFastKeys
FastKeys offers a somewhat similar functionality, but has a GUI which makes things a lot easier for those who don't want to create scripts themselves. The application provides an extensive library of actions, all of them fully customizable to perfectly fit your needs. Additionally, the interface is nicely organized into five categories Start Menu, Shortcuts, Text Expander (automatically writes entire phrases), Auto Complete and Gestures, so you can easily find, edit and create exactly the kind of action you require.
FastKeys offers a large number of preset functions that will prove handy to everyday users, but may be a bit intrusive, as certain common actions trigger menu pop-ups which you may not like. (Of course, you can remove them if you choose to.)  Even though the application keeps popping-up a message which urges you to buy it, you can simply ignore the text and use the tool without spending any money.

AutoIT

AutoITAutoIT
AutoIT is a reliable automation solution, but it also requires you to know how to write scripts, and that can be a big deterrent for many people. The tool uses a language similar to Basic which allows you to manipulate the mouse movement and actions, simulate keystrokes and control windows in a way that wouldn't be possible if you used, for example, VBScript.
Unfortunately, this application doesn't have as many tutorials or a large community like AutoHotkey, so I would only recommend it to more advanced users who have used scripts before or have a pretty good about coding.

Action(s)

Action(s)Action(s)
Action(s) is a perfect automation tool for beginners, as it features one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen among this kind of applications. The tool comes with s huge amount of predefined actions which will help you automate a wide array of tasks. What's really cool is that after you've dragged the actions that you want to be performed automatically, you can test them out directly from the tool's interface and easily make adjustments in case they're necessary. In order to effectively use Action(s) you will need to spend a little bit of time getting used to its operating mode, but, as I said in the beginning, everything is easy to understand, even if you're a novice.
As far as disadvantages go, the tool requires Java to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to be used on low-end PCs, as it will take a long time to pre-load its entire list of actions.

HotKeyz

HotKeyzHotKeyz
In case you're in need of a simple tool to help you assign various actions to key combinations, HotKeyz is a great solution. This lightweight application features an intuitive interface which allows you to easily create your own key combinations, but also provides a large selection of presets that cover common functions which most users might require. What I really like about HotKeyz is that it can be ran as a portable application, which means that you can copy it to a USB memory stick and use the keyboard shortcuts you're familiar with on any computer you encounter.
This tool may not allow you to automatically control mouse movements or come up with complicated scripts, but it's a still a simple way to bind the actions that you need (launching applications, opening files, increasing your sound volume, etc.) to customized key combinations.
If you're asking for my personal feelings on the matter, I prefer using AutoHotkey as I'm already very familiar with it, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to like it as well. If you're an advanced user you will probably enjoy AutoIT more, while if you're not the kind to sit and write his / her own scripts, Action(s) or FastKeys may be much more to your liking.

Top 10 reasons to upgrade to Windows 10

Unsure if you should upgrade to Windows 10 or not? Maybe this will convince you.
Windows 10 is finally here and it's actually almost as good as the company promised it would be. From what I've read it even managed to slow down the World Wide Web (the Internet) on the day of its release. If you're still on the fence about whether you should upgrade to Windows 10 or not, here are some of the best reasons to do so. Just remember that this is a personal list, so if your favorite features of the new operating system aren't here, it doesn't mean they're less cool, it's just that I probably use them less often.

It's Free

What better reason could I give you than the fact that if you have a genuine copy of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1, upgrading to Windows 10 will not cost you a thing. For the first time in Microsoft's history you get to update your operating system for free, and that's not something you should easily pass up. But if you're still hesitant about it, the offer is available until August 2016, so you have an entire year to make up your mind.

Improved Security

Microsoft PassportMicrosoft Passport
Starting with Windows 8, Microsoft introduced a new system in which any code that automatically starts along with the operating system is verified and must be signed either by the IT giant or by a hardware manufacturer, otherwise it will be stopped. Windows 10 didn't only keep this awesome security method (called Secure Boot), but also improved it by making it harder to bypass. Additionally, Windows 10 also provides three brand new security features: Windows Hello (facial recognition software), Microsoft Passport (two-factor authentication) and Device Guard (a hardware + software solution that will help enterprise users restrict the applications that can be run on a specific PC).

Edge

EdgeEdge
As you probably already know, Internet Explorer has now become just a legacy option replaced by the new and super-cool Edge. This lightweight web browser is amazingly fast, offers some really cool features such as the ability to annotate directly on the webpage you're browsing and easily share the annotated page, as well as a nice reading mode. The problem is that at the moment it doesn't offer support for extensions, so you won't be able to run things like AdBlock, but Microsoft plans to remedy this in the near future.

Cortana

CortanaCortana
Microsoft's virtual assistant is no longer just a Windows Phone feature. From now on, you can talk to Cortana and find details about the weather, set reminders, play music or even ask it (her) to take notes, directly from your PC. While I don't think this is a huge improvement for desktops, laptop users will surely love this feature. What's even better is that Microsoft has recently extended Cortana's support to Android and iOS, so you will be able to keep your reminders and notes with you, no matter which phone smartphone brand you pick.

DirectX 12

DirectX 12DirectX 12
Gamers, pay attention, as this one is very important for you. DirectX 12 is amazing, and if you like paying games on your PC, this is the only reason you need to upgrade to Windows 10. At the moment, there are very few games that take advantage of the potential offered by the latest DirectX, but I've seen a few demos of things to come and I must tell you: they look amazing. Besides some awesome graphics in the games to come, DirectX 12 will also helps older computers run games faster and offers a visible performance improvement for games you run in windowed mode.

Xbox App

Xbox AppXbox App
And, in case if you're a gamer who prefers to play on consoles, you should know that Windows 10 finally allows you to stream the games from your Xbox to your PC. This means that, if someone else wants to use the TV or if you only have one controller and your buddy wants to join on in the action, you can now play the game on your Xbox from the Windows 10 PC. I'm sure this is something that a lot of you have been looking forward to for a while.

Redesigned Store

Windows StoreWindows Store
The Windows Store has been redesigned to look better than ever, and it now also contains sections dedicated to movies and TV shows. Its interface allows you to scroll both vertically and horizontally, which constantly reminds me of Netflix. The store provides you with a large number of product categories which will make it easy to find apps specific to a certain purpose, as well as a search box in the top right corner in case you already know what you're looking for.

Continuum

ContinuumContinuum
Virtual desktops isn't the only thing that has been brought over from Mac to Windows 10. The extremely useful Continuity feature, the one that allows you to continue your activities from where you left off even if you switch the device you are using, is now also a part of Windows and it's named Continuum. This means that, if you have Windows 10 installed, whenever someone else needs to use the PC, you can easily keep on doing what you were doing on your Windows phone or tablet.

The Start Menu Is Back

Start MenuStart Menu
Windows 10 also has also brought the good old Start Menu back. No more Start screen (unless you want to), no more annoying "charms bar", no more full screen metro apps. Now you will see the old familiar menu with a more contemporary design and a few new features such as the live tiles which give you information or notifications about the respective application.

May Be the Last Windows

Microsoft has been contradicting itself repeatedly in the last few months, so I can't be completely sure about this, but it seems that Windows 10 isn't just the latest but also the last Windows version. Furthermore, from the statements made by the IT giant's officials I understand the company will stop making updates and patches in 2025, and I have no clue what will follow. I have no idea if they plan to create a different OS with a new name or even if we will still be using computers by then, as the VR era should arrive.

#Ladies Only: What To Do When Your Boyfriend Is Bad In Bed

bad sex 360nobs
When your man is bad in bed, please do not to fake your orgasm. Please don’t do it even if you feel that doing so would make everything fine and make things end in a climax. Even if it will affirm his hardwork and soothe his ego, try not to do it. Do not fake your orgasm. Don’t do it. A major part of having an enjoyable sex life is opening your mind to learning and in truth, we all aren’t as good as we are now. What complicates the life of a sexual novice more is making him feel all he was doing is appropriate and right despite the fact that he would have that little throbbing thought at the back of his mind asking him repeatedly if what you told him was the sincere truth.

Moreover, your guy might not be so much of an amateur at the sex game. You may be one of the ladies on his list of conquered women and he was only able to have that much women because most faked orgasms and told him half hearted truths about the issue. His shallow knowledge of the female anatomy might be ascribed to the fact that he’s new sexually or he may be a poor imitation of what it means to be good and attentive over a long period of time. It may be that when he’s on top of you, the thrusting becomes painful enough to make you numb, it’s probably at that point you want to pretend to climax so that he can get there too if only to make him stop.
Going on for that long believing such would only make him someone that is bad and revels in it. We all owe it to one another to be as honest as possible sexually. A lot of women have learnt how not to communicate how they feel in the bedroom. They are still uncomfortable with oral sex because they’re ashamed of their physical appearance including their body and hair. Some women have learnt to hide themselves from asking for the kind of pleasure they may have mastered from her own touch. Such women see sex as a chore of everyday life that must be attended to even if it provides some moment of intimacy at the risk of clumsy touches.

But there is nothing wrong with saying what you want
It’s essential you say the things you want. Let him know what part of your body drives you wild. Show him the best way to navigate through your all the complicated parts of your body. It’s never too late to learn and by faking your orgasm, you’d only be postponing doomsday.
He will want to be better
Allowing him know what to do will bring out the best in him. He wouldn’t like to be the butt of jokes or why you had to pretend that you enjoyed being with him. It is hard for anyone to want to imagine that their effort and hardwork is being used as jokes through which you bond with your female friends. Help him feel relief that everyone has bad days for bad sex too.

Let that bad sex stop with you. Try not to exaggerate your cries of pleasure. It’s ideal that you’re that type of woman who has no fear of stating what she wants or correct her guy when he makes a wrong move. And perhaps, if the relationship ends for reasons beyond your control, you will be leaving him a better man. A man that understands how to help his woman achieve orgasm and enjoy all aspects of her sexual life. Teach him not just because you want the best from him but for the general betterment of society.

Just Two Days After Dumping Her Boyfriend, Amber Rose Goes For Kim Kardashian’s Ex

“Amber and Kris were not only flirting, but getting intimate with PDA,” an insider reveals, adding that “they were all over each other at the bar for awhile.” Micheal Sartain wrote; right now I’m at the #PlayboyMansion watching Amber Rose flirt with Kris Humphries. I can’t make this stuff up.”

International Champions Cup: Chelsea 0-1 Fiorentina

chelsea fiorentina
Chelsea did not look the usual organized Jose Mourinho team as a disjointed performance allowed Fiorentina to steal a 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge in the final International Champions Cup game
Radamel Falcao was handed his first start and failed to impress along with the rest of the team as the defense failed to show any organization or composure and there was no real strategy in attack and everyone was guilty of trying to do too much. Fiorentina made them pay in the 34thminute as Begovic parried Alonso’s shot into the feet of Rodriguez who made no mistake, making it 1-0.
Chelsea are not ending their pre-season on a high but would now turn their attention to West Brom who they open their premier league defense against

Barcelona Beat Roma 3-0 In Pre-Season Friendly

barca roma
Barcelona have continued to dominate through their pre-season as they look to retain the treble they picked up so impressively last season. The most recent dominating performance was their 3-0 thrashing of Roma.
Barcelona were always in control of the game and in the 26th minute, got the goal their dominance deserved as Neymar received a pass from Matheiu which he finished into the net with a one-time shot. Messi went from villain to hero after he was lucky to survive a red card for head-butting yanga Mbiwa as he scored his signature curler into the back of the net from the edge of the area in the 41st minute. The second half was quite a boring affair until Rakitic brought it to life and by so doing killed AS Roma’s challenge in the 66th minute firing the ball into the top corner of the net from 25 yards.
Barcelona still have a few weeks before the La liga begins but they seem ready to go

NUT Opposes JAMB On Cut Off Marks

The Nigeria Union of Teachers has said it is strongly opposed to the current admission policy which pegged  Joint Admission Matriculation Board cut-off marks for students seeking admission into universities at 180 and above while those for Polytechnics and Colleges of Education was put at 150 and above.
The union described the policy as highly discriminatory and “calculated at demeaning and lowering the professional status of teachers with its concomitant negative effect on the attainment of quality education in the country.”
A statement by the NUT Secretary-General, Obong Obong on Tuesday in Abuja, said the policy is a great disservice to the education sector as it placed the best brains and students of distinction in other courses while those with lower grades were pushed into teaching.
The association called for an immediate reversal of the policy, stressing that  the government must henceforth ensure that only brilliant students are admitted for training as teachers in all educational institutions in the county.
It said, “This is the practice in most advanced and developed countries, where it is considered that a teacher’s ability to disseminate knowledge to students is dependent on his sound intellectual capability.
“This is how government deliberately source for people with lower educational content to become teachers only to turn around and blame them for poor delivery. If this is allowed to stand, government should take full responsibility for the resultant shortcomings that may be observed in our educational institutions in future from those teachers.”

Official 360nobs TV Press Release

Stephanie Ani on 360 Kitchen paid a visit to Banky W or Chef W, as he’d rather be known. And he treated her to a fabulous meal of barbecued, grilled chicken kebabs and pasta with sautéed shrimp and chicken.
Welcomed warmly by Chef W, Stephanie walks into his posh home. He is ready for business and she is invited into his kitchen to watch him do his thing. He is comfortable, unlike most guys who view their kitchens as torture chambers. Banky makes Stephanie wear an apron after teasing her about not having one, and begins the order of the day.
Banky is quite talkative in the kitchen and maybe that’s because Ani is there as company. But he seems like a guy who, even when all alone, would still have a good time cooking. We think he’ll be listening to Marvin Gaye or New Edition or Boyz 2 Men and adding a step or two here and there while things steam up. Banky is all shades of romantic in the kitchen, if there is any such thing.
He gives Stephanie a brief history of how he found his love for cooking. He tells her it all started in the university with the little things he could storm up together to have a decent meal, but he got serious with it when last summer, during an E.M.E tour to the States, he decided he was tired of eating out and letting cooks do everything for him; hence, he thought it was time to be the boss of his own kitchen. Google helped him a lot, though and he made Wizkid and Skales his test subjects in those early days. As he marinates some chicken in a bowl, we know it all paid off as he does it with the ease of a man who is worth his salt.
Stephanie touches on the subject of dieting and he is quite honest with his answer. He likes rice and pasta and other carby stuff and he notes that he’s a grown man and can eat without feeling guilty.
“I just do what I want, and I work out, you know, making better life decisions.”
He emphasizes to Stephanie the importance of caring about one’s health when he adds: “Clean up your diet a lil’ bit. Work out a lil’ bit… I’m having a great life; I don’t want it to end quickly.”
As he brings together the ingredients of his meal, Stephanie throws in a controversial topic that has caused many a debate in social media circles today. Following the rise of women that are shifting away from the traditional roles of housewife who mainly clean and cook, Stephanie wants to know what he thinks about the other group of women that still find it really uncomfortable to have a man cook for them. Banky is forward with his answer and he gets an award from me for the most progressive male celebrity in Nigeria. He throws back at Stephanie on the issue of a woman’s place in the kitchen, letting her know he’s not so big on that school of thought. Using herself, she cites an example, explaining further why certain women still feel it is their duty alone to handle the kitchen. But he is resolute on what he thinks the modern day relationship should be. It’s a two-way street for him. The woman can cook but the man should want to spoil her sometime, stating that it’s a beautiful thing if he does. We really do wish our Naija brothers would take note. There’s nothing as sexy as a man trying to conjure up a meal, even if he leaves the kitchen in blazes at the end of the day. But with the way Banky does it, it goes to show that the kitchen is a place men can sink their teeth into.
Now sporting his own very manly apron, Chef W sautés the chicken, cooks the pasta, takes little sips of wine and converses with Stephanie who is also helping out in the little way she can. No doubt she is having a great time and it all comes to a climax when she is presented with this beautiful-looking ensemble of pasta, shrimp, chicken and yeah, some vegetable too. She has her first taste and she is in love – with the food, that is. In fact, she loves it so much, she would rather eat than talk. And Banky stands by, smiling in confidence because he is Mr. Capable, giving her a taste of his W experience.
For a grown man to be able to care for a woman, he should know how to care for himself first. Banky W knows this and we think he has also found out what most guys are yet to know, that the way into a woman’s heart is sometimes by entering her kitchen and facing the heat.
